At Luli Pet Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.
30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this time frame, you can return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at lulipetstore@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement item, as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee order cancellations beyond this time frame.
